This 3" tall, 5.5" diameter vase is thrown from scratch by hand on a pottery wheel without the use of molds, and is made from stoneware clay. It is decorated with a "Caffeinated Spider" pattern using a resist method combining white underglaze with an aqua celadon lead-free glaze in a quilt-like textured pattern. Connecting points from dot to dot, a geometric pattern emerges. This is a one-of-a-kind piece. Dishwasher and microwave safe.
